Participants will be e-mailed prior to the actual presentation with links to some articles about online learning and basics about creating an online course. This will ensure some familiarity with terminology and technical expectations before they attend the workshop.
The pre training activity will require the participants to develop two questions each they would like answered at the workshop based from the links provided or their own research. During day one, towards the end of the session, the participants will break out in groups and share their questions with each other. Then they will choose two of the most relevant or pertinent questions to present to me for follow up by the end of the workshop.
